The location was perfect for Goodwood events and Chichester harbour. The village of Emsworth is fantastic with plenty of pubs and great food. The room was incredibly clean and had beautiful period features. It was very comfortable, with a large TV over an open log fire. The walk-in shower and bathroom were spotless. The parking right outside the front door was ideal. We loved the little treats in the hamper and the mini fridge stocked with Coca Cola and milk. Our stay was absolutely enjoyable and we highly recommend it.
